VERTICAL EXPOSED FAN COIL UNIT
PRODUCT OVERVIEWThe vertical exposed fan coil unit is one of the terminal devices of a central air conditioning system. It is composed of a small fan, a high-efficiency heat exchanger (coil), a condensate drain pan, a casing, and a control system. The product features a vertical structure design and can be placed directly on the indoor floor or installed against the wall beneath a window sill without the need for a suspended ceiling. The air discharge direction is either vertically upward or diagonally forward.
The unit uses chilled water or hot water as a medium. When the cold or hot water flows through the coil, it exchanges heat with the air passing over it, achieving cooling, dehumidification, or heating of the indoor air. The unit is equipped with a three-speed fan adjustment function, allowing users to flexibly adjust the air volume and cooling/heating output as needed. The product is suitable for various low-noise public places such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and shopping malls.

FLEXIBLE CONTROLThe fan is equipped with high, medium, and low three-speed adjustment, allowing users to regulate air volume and cooling/heating output as needed. The built-in thermostat enables three-speed control. Optional electric thermostatic valves and room temperature controllers enable automatic constant temperature control to meet comfort requirements in different seasons.
SAFE RELIABLE AND DURABLE
The motor is a Class B induction motor with a built-in temperature protector, resistant to burnout. Each unit coil undergoes a 2.8MPa high-pressure leak test and rigorous pressure and airtightness tests. The maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, guaranteeing no water leakage. The outer casing is made of high-quality, high-strength electro-galvanized steel sheet, stamped and formed, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
CONVENIENT MAINTENANCE
The air inlet is equipped with a washable nylon filter, effectively filtering dust to ensure indoor air quality. The front decorative panel can be completely removed, and the filter can be removed and installed without tools, facilitating regular inspection and maintenance.
CONVENIENT PLACEMENTThe vertical exposed fan coil unit features a compact structure and can be placed directly on the floor or installed against the wall beneath a window sill without special renovation. Multiple colors are available, and the air outlet is equipped with an adjustable grille to change the air direction, harmonizing with interior decoration.
HIGH HEAT EXCHANGE EFFICIENCY
The heat exchanger coil is made of high-quality seamless copper tubes and aluminum sine wave corrugated fins. Through hydraulic or mechanical expansion, the fins and copper tubes are tightly bonded for optimal heat transfer. The integrally forged brass water inlet and outlet headers ensure uniform water distribution and low flow resistance, fully utilizing the heat exchanger efficiency.
LOW NOISE OPERATION
The unit adopts an ultra-wide volute casing and a multi-blade centrifugal impeller. The impeller and motor are properly matched, and the fan undergoes strict dynamic balance testing to effectively reduce noise. The single-phase capacitor motor is equipped with high-precision, permanently lubricated, sealed rolling bearings for low noise and long service life.
