Since 1972, we have delivered more than 170,000 Hitachi twin-screw compressors globally. Our new air-cooled chillers adopt G-type semi-hermetic twin-screw compressors that are only available for R134a refrigerant. The powerful cooling capacity, low vibrations, and low noise, coupled with a simple compressor configuration, have greatly enhanced reliability. Additionally, the lineup has a better shell-and-tube dry type evaporator, which brings you a significant energy-saving experience under stable and durable operation.
–Wide range of capacity and modular design.
The AZ(P)Y1 series has a wide range of capacities, ranging from 45RT to 450RT for a single unit. To meet the needs of larger facilities requiring higher capacity, it also features a modular design. By connecting 3 units with the same model via H-LINK transmission, the maximum capacity of 1464 RT can be achieved.
–Adopted of HFC134a refrigerant with 0 ODP
Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in the stratosphere are exposed to ultraviolet rays, which decompose them and generate chlorine atoms. It is believed that these chlorine atoms combine with oxygen atoms, leading to the destruction of ozone. However, the AZ(P)Y1 Series has adopted the use of HFC134a refrigerant, which has a 0 ozone depletion potential (ODP). This means that it does not harm the ozone in the atmosphere.
–User-friendly touch LCD Panel
The LCD touch screen display makes it easy to view the current operating status and simplifies the setting procedure. The warning log function allows for the recall of the 10 most recent warning events. The user interface is available in both English and Chinese.
