Construction

Hot Melt Blanking Process of Air Filter Bag

Under the high temperature condition of 65- 200 °C, the edge of the filter bag is hot melt pressed together by using a high frequency heat conduction plate. The filter bag material is: polyester fiber mixed with low melting point polyester fiber. Through high frequency hot melt, the edge of the filter bag can be perfectly fused together, so that the product is firmly bonded, no pollution to the filtered material, stable purification efficiency, dust removal effect of 100%; The edge sealing effect is good, the dust capacity increases, thus extending the original one month replacement time to about 2-3 months. The function of hot melt welt pressing is to hot melt the edge of the filter bag according to the content of low melting point polyester fiber in different materials, and use the relative hot melt temperature to hot melt the edge of the filter bag, so that the filter efficiency is improved, the dust capacity is increased, and the overall beauty is improved.
