Description

Construction

Tank seal: The filter frame has a liquid tank (usually filled with non-Newtonian sealant or jelly glue), which is tightly fitted to the mounting frame through the surface tension and viscosity of the liquid, achieving a zero-leak seal, which is more reliable than traditional mechanical seals (such as rubber pads), especially for high cleanliness environments.
With partition design: The filter material (usually glass fiber) is separated by aluminum foil or paper partition, forming a wavy fold structure, increasing the filter area, while keeping the airflow channel stable and reducing the wind resistance.

Matters needing attention

Liquid tank maintenance: the sealant should be checked regularly to avoid dry cracking or contamination (usually more than 5 years of life).
▸Installation direction: Ensure that the liquid tank faces upward to prevent colloid overflow.
▸Compatibility: It must be used with the unique liquid tank frame and can not be directly replaced by the ordinary filter.

Application

Semiconductor/Electronics industry: chip manufacturing, clean workshop.
Pharmaceutical/Biosafety: GMP workshop, vaccine production, P3/P4 laboratory.
Hospital/Laboratory: operating room, sterile ward, precision instrument room.

Features

▸High efficiency filtration:
Filtration efficiency ≥99.99% for 0.3μm particles (H13/H14 class, in accordance with EN1822 or GB/T 13554 standards).
▸Leak proof:
The liquid tank glue automatically fills the tiny gap between the frame and the mounting frame to avoid side leakage of unfiltered air.
▸Anti-vibration:
The damping property of the liquid groove adhesive can reduce the influence of equipment vibration on the sealing of the filter, and is suitable for the scene of large fan vibration.
▸Long life:
The diaphragm structure enhances the mechanical strength of the filter material and delays the collapse of the filter material caused by wind pressure.
